∎ Willingly to travel to the factories frequently.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Cotton Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the Training & Development functions of the company.
∎ The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic learning and development initiatives to enhance organizational performance across multiple business units of the company including RMG, Financial Services, and Telco sectors.
∎ Design and implement organization-wide training strategies aligned with business goals.
∎ Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) across group companies to identify skill and knowledge gaps.
∎ Develop and facilitate leadership development, soft skills, compliance, and technical training programs, and leadership capabilities across the company.
∎ Collaborate with HR and departmental heads to standardize onboarding and employee development frameworks.
∎ Lead the continuous learning initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
∎ Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, performance data, and feedback.
∎ Manage e-learning platforms, learning calendars, and training records.
∎ Coordinate with external vendors and trainers for specialized programs.
∎ Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across all companies in the group.
∎ Align training content with compliance standards (RSC,BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP).
∎ Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, performance data, and feedback.
∎ Document and maintain detailed training records and reports for senior management.
