  • Minimum 6-8 years of progressive experience in Training & Development, preferably in the RMG industry, Group of Companies or conglomerate setting.

  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple training projects across different industries or sectors.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

  • Ability to travel to regional offices/factories.



Responsibilities & Context:

Cotton Group is a leading conglomerate committed to operational excellence, sustainability, and innovation. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the Training & Development function of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic learning and development initiatives to enhance organizational performance across multiple business units, including the Head Office and Factory of RMG industry, Financial Services, and Telco sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement organization-wide training strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) across group companies to identify skill and knowledge gaps.

  • Develop and facilitate leadership development, soft skills, compliance, and technical training programs, and leadership capabilities across the company.

  • Collaborate with HR and departmental heads to standardize onboarding and employee development frameworks.

  • Lead the continuous learning initiatives to enhance employee engagement.

  • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, performance data, and feedback.

  • Manage e-learning platforms, learning calendars, and training records.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and trainers for specialized programs.

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across all companies in the group.

  • Align training content with compliance standards (RSC, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP).

  • Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, performance data, and feedback.

  • Document and maintain detailed training records and reports for senior management.
