We are seeking an experienced Senior / Mid-level Merchandiser to strengthen our international buyer base, represent the company across industry platforms, and drive seamless customer engagement and product execution.
Key Responsibilities
Buyer & Account Management: Independently manage assigned buyer accounts, maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring satisfaction through clear, timely communication.
Team Management: Manage the Marketing & Merchandising team for the smooth functioning of the Marketing & Merchandising operations
Product Development: Drive development of new samples based on buyer specifications, market trends, and production capabilities.
Costing & Pricing: Prepare accurate product costing and confidently negotiate pricing with international buyers, balancing profitability and market expectations.
Production Coordination: Liaise with production, planning, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure seamless order execution and on-time delivery.
Order Follow-Up: Monitor order lifecycle, including fabric/trim sourcing, approvals, and critical deadlines to avoid delays.
Time & Action (TNA) Management: Ensure alignment with critical path timelines and proactively mitigate risks.
Market Analysis: Stay updated with trends and proactively propose fabrications, designs, or techniques to buyers for increased engagement.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all products meet buyer quality and compliance requirements; manage associated documentation including POs, invoices, and shipping records.
Reporting: Provide clear status updates and risk assessments to internal stakeholders for informed decision-making.
