∎ Experience in managing and driving sales teams with a focus on growth and revenue generation.

∎ Ability to drive substantial sales growth across diverse business segments.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To develop and implement effective trade sales strategies.
∎ To research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability.
∎ To anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationships with the dealer & Retailer.
∎ Forecasting market demand and achieving acquired sales targets.
∎ Researching and understanding clients’ needs and positioning a defined suite of products and service solutions that meet requirements and also implementing new client on boarding.
∎ Ensuring sustainable growth of market share.
∎ To negotiate and close agreements with large customers and to manage and oversee the daily operations of the assigned territory.
∎ To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
∎ To develop growth strategies for current markets, identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
∎ To provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
∎ Manage an aggressive for achieving the annual sales target in a highly competitive and highly complex environment.
