Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle the activities of an international standard fine dining restaurant at Uttara, Dhaka.
∎ Manage large number of local and international guests
∎ Manage staffs of the restaurant.
∎ Drive the team members during rush hour and ensure that customers are always happy.
∎ Guest relationship management.
∎ Ensure appropriate standards of behavior, uniform, hygiene, and appearance of the staffs.
∎ Carry out extensive marketing for maximization of sales with best quality service.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Very fluent in English, Fluency in other language will be an added advantage
∎ Ability to lead a team
∎ Possesses innovative and creative ideas.
∎ Self-motivation and. Preparedness to work for long hour
Salary: Negotiable
