∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Improve end product quality by monitoring, maintaining buyers' requirements and SOP for all steps in process, also provide and communicate for technical support.
∎ Keep quality assurance department operational successfully, provide all kinds of instructions, develop policy & system effectively implement in production floor for achieving best quality product as per buyers' requirement.
∎ Provide technical assistance to all sections wherever applicable in order to achieve customers' quality standard.
∎ Take full responsibility for quality assurance through the entire manufacturing process including raw material for garments, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Co-ordinate with other relevant department to develop the product and ensure proper quality of products.
∎ Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expected from finished product.
∎ Review output against the sample / instruction / requirement. Follow up output Weaving Loom measurement report.
∎ To take necessary action / inform the authority if any discrepancies found.
∎ Finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality team.
∎ Participate in claim meetings and take necessary action to deliver quality products.
∎ Discuss inline inspection findings with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Quality Controller/ Manager
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Weaving / Loom of Jute Mill
∎ Communication skill should be clear and good in English & Bangla.
∎ Punctual and responsible to assigned works.
∎ Well mannered.
