Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC/A-level or equivalent degree
∎ Educational qualification will be relaxed for the more experienced candidate.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research market trends to understand about new fashion trend.
∎ Keep up to date with emerging fashion trends.
∎ Develop idea and produce design by hand or using computer-aided design (CAD).
∎ Collaborate with technical, Production and marketing team.
∎ Organize all samples and showroom.
∎ Managing all production related activities in a large sweater factory.
∎ Managing work production department and implementing processes to improve efficiency.
∎ Help analyze and assess product risks during the development, start-up/pilot runs and production.
∎ Production Planning and follow up to reduce downtime.
∎ Identify causes and actionable steps to improve product.
∎ Analyze and assess Buyer/Customer feedback.
∎ Managing all kind of Inspection & Audit related issues.
∎ Tact fully handles all kind of worker/labor related issues.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ He/She should have at least 12 years experience in Knitting Production Technic, Planning, Product Development, Designing & quality control in Sweaters manufacturing Industries

Salary:
∎ Salary would be negotiable but not less than 125,000 Tk.
