Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Furniture (Plastic, Wooden, and Steel) Manufacture
∎ business and present market scenario for LGED.
∎ Have experience to forecast sales, revenue and budget with proper planning & execution.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve monthly target, quarterly & yearly strategic sales & marketing plan.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Drive new innovative ways to increase sales and productivity in the region.
∎ Organizing, monitoring & controlling of the LGED Sales Team.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ LGED sales planning and implementation.
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge on LGED/Tender (Govt./Non-Govt. tenders e.g. e-GP, RFQ, LTM, DPM, BOQ etc.)
∎ Must be hardworking, target oriented, self-responsible & ability to work under pressure/ deadline.
∎ Must be well-organized, cooperative and a good team player with pleasant personality.
