Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Strategic headcount planning & work with internal teams & functions to assist with recruitment
∎ Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, through initial assessments, interviews, and final job offering.
∎ Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans in the organization.
∎ Develop plans for job posting optimization, digital and non-digital recruitment marketing, recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
∎ Research & conduct job market/ industry mapping and identify talent metrics to enrich In-house CV bank for critical positions.
∎ Ensure providing positive candidate experience and assist employee retention and development through interactive induction process.
∎ Lead employment branding initiatives to attract job seekers by rolling-out career campaign, job fair, assessment centers or other events, developing and updating company websites & job portal, activities on social media and other promotional materials.
∎ Build a quality relationship with the internal customers or officials, and external national and international recruitment agencies, job portals, academic and training institutes.
∎ Manage day-to-day recruitment operations to check and balance requirements with talent pipeline.
∎ Initiate and complete the sourcing & on-boarding process of new talents to bridge the gap between need and availability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
∎ Proactive attitude in developing and nurturing employer brand.
