Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ *Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market reach and sales volume for our Dairy products special sweets.
∎ Assist in planning and coordinating sales activities and promotions.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify potential new customers.
∎ Need to meet the target line.
∎ Analyze sales data and prepare reports to track performance and make strategic recommendations.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ *Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food or sweets industry.
∎ *Must be target oriented.
∎ *Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ *Knowledge of market trends in the dairy products, food and confectionery industry is a plus.
