Responsibilities & Context:
- Coordination with architect, MEP and any other stakeholders.
- Receive feedback from estimate team and value engineering if needed.
- Lead the structural draftsperson to complete design work.
- Site supervision and QC audit and reporting.
- Meeting with RAJUK/ Fire Dept or any authority for getting NOC if needed.
- Provide technical guidelines and support to CRD and maintenance.
- Any other job as and when assigned.
