Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make sure we have precise records for every inventory transaction.
∎ Aim to maintain just the right amount of stock so that production and deliveries run smoothly without any hiccups.
∎ Implement effective systems to control inventory, reducing waste and discrepancies in stock.
∎ Oversee the daily activities of the store department.
∎ Develop and enforce clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline store management and make processes easier for everyone.
∎ Monitor all incoming and outgoing materials, making sure they meet our quality and quantity standards.
∎ Work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
∎ Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to manage delivery schedules and quickly resolve any issues.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status, stock movement, and overall departmental performance to keep everyone informed.
