Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Partly Qualified CA/ ACCA/ CMA
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge about new VAT Law and Income Tax ,
∎ Closely work with VAT regulatory and solve the barriers relate to Company VAT issues.
∎ Prepare and maintain VAT registers (VAT-2.3, VAT-6.10, VAT-9.2, VAT-2.1, VAT-4.3, VAT-6.1, VAT-6.2, VAT-6.5, VAT-6.3, VAT-9.1 and other books/papers related to VAT) as per law.
∎ Prepare & Submit VAT return and other required documents to VAT authority in a timely manner.
∎ Calculation and deduction of VAT at the source, Preparation of a report on VAT at source and issuance of certificate thereon.
∎ Monitoring of VAT payment regularly.
∎ Familiarity with local VAT law (New VAT Law) and VAT declaration procedure.
∎ Ability to declare VAT as per law and policies and keep commercial secrets.
∎ To ensure proper and timely coordination with the Head Office reporting person & Factories.
∎ Capable to handle all kinds of VAT and Custom related audit.
∎ Maintain Liaison with VAT Authority;
∎ Ensure compliance of TAX and VAT Act and related process and procedures.
∎ Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are meet including RJSC requirements, Income Tax, VAT and all national laws of the country which will be applicable.
∎ Corporate TAX and VAT Planning of the company to minimize effective rate.
∎ Develop and drive VAT & TAX strategy.
∎ Handle Companies all sorts of VAT & TAX issues independently.
∎ Prepare statement with all supporting documents for TAX and VAT purpose.
∎ Any other tasks given by the authority.
