Job Responsibilities:
∎ To greet & welcome all members, guests, and customers properly.
∎ Responsible for receiving inward and outward documents and distributing the documents to concerned officials.
∎ Manage MD's guest and conduct accordingly.
∎ Maintain working relationship and communicate with all departments when necessary.
∎ Ensure that the Front Desk area is properly maintained to present a good image.
∎ Keep notes and transfer all the calls & messages to the designated person.
∎ Control the movements inside and outside of the office and keep a record of visitors.
∎ Provide general administrative support to the guest.
∎ Perform any other duties instructed by the Supervisor/Management.
∎ Responsible for telephone and PABX operation.
∎ Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Photoshop, Outlook)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have good communication skills.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Buying House, Bank, Textile, Trading or Export/Import
∎ English should have to be good enough for Communicating with foreign buyers.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
