Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Only Male
- 5–6 years of professional experience, of which at least 2–3 years must be in the Garments/Textile sector.
- Strong understanding of BNBC 2020, RSC or NFPA codes related to Structural and Fire Safety.
- Proven ability to manage projects and work within deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee civil engineering works of the factory, including construction, maintenance, and structural assessments.
Ensure compliance with BNBC, RSC, NFPA guidelines on Structural and Fire Safety.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments for project execution.
Maintain and archive all drawings and documents received from design consultants.
Ensure quality control (QC) of construction works in accordance with design and safety standards.
