Job Context:
∎ A well Reputed growing company in the automobile industry of Bangladesh. It has been Manufacturing Two- Wheelers & Three- Wheelers. To meet the growing market demand, we are in a process of strengthening our human resources. Now we are looking some dynamic professional for our Bicycle Division.
∎ Persons do not have any experience in bicycle industry should not want to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishes reasonable sales goals for a company based upon current market trends.
∎ Lead sales & marketing team of Bicycle products with the goal to achieve the target.
∎ Responsible to setup modern and effective sales & marketing strategy for Bicycle products sales network.
∎ To take all measures to create potential market as well as new sales opportunities
∎ To prepare planning & execute accordingly to expand the market
∎ To analyze and adapting with new marketing policies.
∎ Preparing report for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc.
∎ Provide daily necessary reports to the management.
∎ Excellent writing & interpersonal communication skills and Good command on MS-Office applications & report writing.
∎ Any other tusk assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Persons do not have any experience in bicycle industry should not want to apply.
∎ Minimum 04 years' experience in Bicycle Industry, at least 2 years' experience of managerial level (Flexible for highly educated person).
∎ Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales of the brands with the highest Quality and sincerity.
Salary: Negotiable
