∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Negotiation Skills, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make market research and analysis and provide professional Rental sales and marketing strategy for sales.
∎ Build and maintain productive and cooperative relationship with Clients
∎ Responsible for contract negotiation with Clients
∎ Build and manage overall Rental sales plan, activity plan, resource needed to accomplish the Sale Target;
∎ Coordinate with Marketing Department to organize marketing and advertising events.
∎ Training team for project information including key selling points, target clients for each phase of project, sales script, etc.
∎ Manage the team to accomplish the Sales Target.
∎ Any Other Task assign by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years

Salary: Negotiable
