Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administrative in charge of whole QA/QC team activities.
∎ Setting QA/QC compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
∎ Signing all relevant report with authentication
∎ Ensure the working environment of the team
∎ Solve instant problem and take to preventive action.
∎ Closely work with respective buyer representative during their visit, implement buyer comments and make action plan.
∎ Mail communication with the concern department.
∎ Evaluate & monitoring the subordinate activities and get the jobs done properly
∎ Weekly/monthly meeting with team and discuss about continuous improvement, reducing defect rate and smooth working flow.
∎ Allocate/ re-allocate the existing manpower according to evaluation scale.
∎ Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation.
∎ Identifying relevant quality-related training need basis.
∎ Collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters.
∎ Monitoring performance through gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
∎ Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary.
∎ Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures.
∎ Persuading reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods.

∎ Age 30 to 42 years

∎ Effective verbal and listening communications skills
∎ Effective written communications skills
∎ CAP making & implementation.
