Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Education in Ceramics background will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing the overall production process through supervision and monitoring of production in accordance with the scheduled quantity as well as quality.
∎ Responsible for preparing production plan and execute accordingly with the consent of the factory management.
∎ Responsible for preparing as well as daily production reports.
∎ Responsible for coordinating and liaisons with the other Dept. / Sections for precise production planing having the flexibility of everyday change.
∎ Responsible for solving production problems in consultation with factory management.
∎ Responsible for ensuring proper utilization of gas, electricity and other utilities for uninterrupted production with the help and assistance from concerned departmental heads.
∎ Responsible for submitting periodically clay collection and clay reserve status report to the Top management with a copy to the concerned officials.
∎ Responsible for performing any other responsibilities entrusted to you by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Last 3-5 years in managerial role.
