Job Context:
∎ Mahmud Group is looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join as a Manager/Sr. Manager - Procurement Supply Chain Management.
∎ The candidate highly adaptable inspires innovation and be able to lead change for optimum productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate regularly with textile & washing division in order to make efficient sourcing plan for Dyes, Chemicals & Auxiliaries raw materials.
∎ Communicate with Planning Department regarding monthly requirement/demand and ensure on time raw materials delivery.
∎ Communicate with both local & overseas suppliers to overcome any difficulties/issues or to accommodate any changes/amendments in order to ensure smooth/on time delivery.
∎ Price negotiation, purchase & ensure on time in house of required accessories.
∎ Ensure re-order level of accessories & maintain inventory.
∎ Perform market survey in order to develop alternative suppliers for price competitiveness.
∎ Ensure coordination with Commercial/Finance & Accounts Department for logistics/payment planning.
∎ Should have good knowledge in Letter of Credit, Import Policy, UCP 600, Bond License & Customs VAT/TAX and Incoterms.
∎ Effective ERP implementation for system improvement & standardization to ensuring transparency & cost effectiveness for any procurement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have practical experience in purchasing Chemical/Yarn/Fiber/Spare Parts and other materials for Textile Industry.
∎ Having minimum 3-6 years' experience in the same position in any large Industrial/Commercial Organization will get preference.
∎ Experience to accomplish Buyer's compliance/sustainable raw material requirements.
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Should have excellent people management skills
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Computer (Microsoft Office)
