Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make weekly & monthly Shipment Plan as per shipment schedule.
∎ Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.
∎ Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
∎ Monitor daily production report and tracking section wise production to reduce gap from planning
∎ Make sewing allocation plan according to monthly sewing capacity.
∎ Prepare fabric requirement plan according to cutting plan.
∎ Make Production schedule and line loading plan base on shipment date.
∎ Coordinate activities with the Supply Chain and review material positions to ensure on-time shipment.
∎ Analyzing critical path of the total production flow from receiving fabric to the shipment and identifying discrepancies and taking necessary actions.
∎ Check the fabrics availability and giving per day cutting target as per priority and follow up it properly.
∎ Continuous make follow-up on production performances summary report and highlighted the unachieved target and discussed with IE team and production responsible.
∎ Notify merchant on any delays and outages.
∎ Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.
∎ Follow up Fabric & Accessories and ensure on time in house.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a proactive and result oriented.
∎ Possess the ability to keep information confidential.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Candidate must have sound knowledge and experience on Woven Garments (Shirts). If you don't have the experience on Woven Garments (Shirts) we will strongly discourage to apply.
