Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master's in any Discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage daily company operations to ensure positive, safe and profitable working environment
∎ To monitor and supervise order, purchase and stock of raw materials in a timely manner
∎ To implement quality and productivity objectives to achieve company goals
∎ To ensure that employees follow the company standards, policies and strategies
∎ To cooperate with the Head of the management & HR, in recruiting, training, payroll processing, performance evaluation, promotions, and releasing the employees
∎ To coordinate with the Head of the management in planning short- and long-term projects, budgets, expense controls, schedules, and manpower
∎ To develop and implement staffing and business plans to achieve business target
∎ To evaluate key productivity indicators and implement process improvement initiatives
∎ To identify and monitor equipment repair and maintenance works promptly
∎ To address and monitor operational, technical and mechanical issues in a timely manner
∎ To manage direct reporting related to financial, business, and administration matters
∎ To develop positive working relationship with the support divisions and operations team to ensure proper operational support
∎ To develop operational strategy and ensure that the operational activities meet the organizational requirements
∎ To delegate daily work assignments and schedules for management staffs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have minimum 5 years of hands on working experience in Food & Beverage sector, especially in direct operation.
∎ Must have proven work history in – hospitality sectors like, restaurants, international chain restaurants, hotels.
∎ Experience in retail food sectors (mass production) will get added advantage
∎ Must have the knowledge of local market and businesses in the same operation category
∎ Should understand and keep knowledge about the legal matters regarding this sector of work
