Job Context:
∎ Shopan Plastic Industries Ltd is a leading plastic door manufacturer in Bangladesh.
∎ We are looking for an experienced Manager/ Sr. Manager (Marketing & Sales) who has minimum 8 (Eight) years working experiences in the Door industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist Management to establish short & long-range sales goals and collaboration with sales executives, setting sales targets, profit growth, market share & other goals.
∎ To review sales policies & strategies to ensure that short-term operations are in accord with long-term objectives.
∎ To motivate and maintain the liaison with the dealers & field forces to successfully achieve the sales target.
∎ To explore new market and appoint new distributors in the potential areas.
∎ Setting strategy to promote products to the prospective clients.
∎ To prepare daily/monthly sales or sales related any other reports for the top management as and when required.
