∎ Bachelor's degree from any reputed university, LLB is preferred.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 - 10 years experience in land purchase.
∎ Have excellent rapport with land registration office and other relevant Govt. officials.
∎ Good in all litigation / court matters at all levels including courts / tribunals and High Court.
∎ Exposure to Writ Petitions & PIL will be an added advantage.have commercial acumen with knowledge in risk management principles.
∎ Have strong influencing, negotiation, persuasive skills.
∎ Have excellent communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information.
∎ Good knowledge of other laws like contracts, specific relief and other industrial & labor laws.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and evaluate best suitable lands for business expansion upon consultation with regional and operational in-charges, and ensure purchase of lands in the most cost-effective ways.
∎ Manage the entire process of land purchase and land registration (from pre-purchase to post-purchase).
∎ Ensure accurate recording of all land related data and timely renewal of various government licenses and taxes.
∎ Maintain all property documentations, land maps and usages record.
∎ Lead to investigate and verify the actual land owner, communicate with local land authorities, agents and lawyers in order to procure land as per Management instructions.
∎ Ensure safety and security of all purchased lands of the company by providing required logistics supports through coordinating with regional and operational in-charges.
∎ Establish and maintain effective working relationships and liaisons with Govt. Body, local authorities, local agents, land owners and local political/influential people.
