Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ M. Sc/ B. Sc on Chemistry from any reputed University
∎ Flexibility for experienced and skilled applicants.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CHEMIST, Compliance, ETP, Laboratory/ Testing, Lean Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare ISO 17025: 2005, Laboratory Quality Documents as per the Environmental Compliance requirements.
∎ Asses and evaluate physical & Chemical test parameter as per standard & Customer method.
∎ Asses all environmental risk, Product risk, Chemical, ETP and other environmental issues, take initiative for CAP.
∎ Make SOP, work instruction for Fabrics & Garments test.
∎ Ensure Chemicals are Stored in proper manner & Use with Safe Way, APEO guidelines.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the ETP parameters as per DOE Standards & ECR-1997.
∎ Conduct internal compliance audit for preparing of buyers and government audit.
∎ Communicate with Chemical Supplier's for any Chemical related issue.
∎ Contact with processing units to ensure the Use of right Chemicals.
∎ Prepare monthly report for Management, MSDSP, necessary document for Higg Index (Environment), CPI2, etc. maintain up to date chemical inventory.
∎ Maintain environmental sustainability in all through work & work procedures.
∎ Coordinate with Compliance team and deliver necessary information & documents.
∎ Conduct or arrange formal & informal Training for the Chemical Handling,EHS committee meeting.
∎ Any other task provided by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to work under pressure
∎ Knowledge on HIGG, H & M Requirements, Different compliance audits
∎ Good Command on English and Computer
∎ Should be willing to work in Factory environment
∎ (Do not apply those who are not willing to work out side of Dhaka)
