∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ The Candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in the quality department in any reputed Knit, Knit Composite factory, out of which 2 years in Manager Position.
∎ Should have proven leadership skills.
∎ Candidate should be able to establish quality parameters in all segment of the department.
∎ He should have the knowledge to ensure quality on each manufacturing process of garments i.e. from cutting to packing.
∎ Should be proactive, sincere, dynamic & result oriented.
∎ Should have capacity to produce different reports through computer applications
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Making effective plan for quality assurance of the Garments Division to ensure that quality of the garments delivered to the buyers are 100% in line with their requirement.
∎ Assuring the Quality of the Garments from Cutting to Finishing.
∎ Getting successful inspection done at various stages of Production & ensure timely shipment.
∎ Supervising and Guiding Quality Team to achieve Quality Targets.
∎ Make sure that the quality personnel are aware of the quality requirement of the particular buyers and train them to maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processes.
∎ Plan and handle quality assurance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum quality.
∎ Conducts floor audits and manage first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ Plans, promotes and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ First output review against the sample and follow up first output garment measurement report.
∎ If any discrepancies happen, then it needs to be informed to his superior authority immediately for necessary action.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operations and quality points and explain to Quality Inspectors.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Report any deviation in QA system to the superior authority.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management

∎ AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd (AKDL) is a 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Factory located at Hemayetpur, Savar and a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Quality Manager for its Garments Division. He will primarily be responsible to ensure that the produced garments meet the quality requirement of the buyers.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible to ensure quality of knit garments products in every step of production from cutting to packing. He should be able to find out all types of faults in the garment making process, take immediate corrective actions and should set the quality norms in such a way that rejections of the garments are minimized. Major job responsibilities of the position are as follows:
