Job Context:
∎ Candidates who don`t have experience in Finished Goods Warehouse in Knit Composite Factory please do not apply.
∎ Job Station: Gazipur, Konabari, Jarun.
∎ Must have knowledge in software.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, enforcing program, updating operational and personnel policies and procedures.
∎ Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling and shipping requirements.
∎ Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
∎ Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
∎ Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
∎ Ensure efficient space utilization and monitor neatness.
∎ Achieves financial objectives by preparing/following annual budget.
∎ Scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
∎ Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
∎ Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience in Finished Goods Warehouse management.
∎ Software proficiency.
∎ Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
∎ Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Must have knowledge in software.
