• Minimum 3 years’ experience in using QuickBooks software.

Job Context

We are looking for a full time Manager / Sr. Manager in Finance & Accounts Department. Candidate should be well experienced in Excel and familiar with QuickBooks accounting software.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide to support for implementing multi sector business, project planning, budgeting, planning for training, coordination and monitoring;

• Manage & oversee the daily operations of Accounts & Finance Department including: accounts payable & receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, treasury & budgeting, cash forecast, revenue & expenditure variance analysis, financial data reconciliation & debt activity;

• Prepare & maintain company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, profit and loss account, Tax and VAT management, etc. using QuickBooks software;

• Responsible for preparation of monthly cash flow statements;

• Prepare quarterly and annual operating and capital budget and also time to time follow up and monitoring the capital and operating budget;

• Responsible for reconciling all bank accounts and cash book on daily, weekly and monthly basis;

• Responsible for monthly business performance analysis, reporting, review costing and managing budget;

• Supervises the completion of tax reporting requirements (including income, sales and payroll, and other local taxes) and insurance reports. Also, assists Corporate Tax, Treasury, and Risk departments with dealing with tax-related issues and meeting reporting requirements;

• Deal with bank & financial institutions and manage all banking requirements of the company;

• Providing strategic recommendations to the members of the executive management team;

• Any other tasks assigned by Management.
