Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
Retired commissioned officers from the Bangladesh Army (Captain or equivalent rank), Bangladesh Navy, or Bangladesh Air Force will be given preference.
Minimum 8–12 years of professional experience in Administration, Safety, Security, or related functions.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a large manufacturing, textile, RMG, or industrial organization will be preferred.
Experience in industrial security management, administration, safety compliance, crisis management, and stakeholder coordination will be an advantage.
Experience working with intelligence, security operations, or law enforcement agencies will be considered an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of industrial security practices, safety management systems, and Bangladesh Labor Law.
Excellent leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
Strong crisis management and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage large teams in a disciplined and performance-driven environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bangla and English.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

DBL Group is seeking a highly disciplined, proactive, and result-oriented professional to join as Manager / Sr. Manager – Admin, Safety & Security for its factory operations. The incumbent will act as the Second-in-Command (2IC) to the Station Commander, supporting the overall management of administration, safety, security, compliance, and employee welfare functions within the factory compound.
The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, stakeholder management capability, and the ability to ensure a safe, secure, compliant, and productive work environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing company policies, managing security operations, strengthening administrative controls, and supporting business continuity initiatives.
Assist the Station Commander in the overall administration and operational management of the factory station.
Oversee administrative services including transport management, facility management, accommodation, housekeeping, canteen operations, and visitor management.
Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of company assets, facilities, and administrative resources.
Monitor and improve administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure uninterrupted support services for factory operations.
Lead and supervise day-to-day safety and security operations across the factory compound.
Develop, implement, and monitor security policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
Ensure effective access control, gate management, visitor management, and asset protection systems.
Conduct regular security inspections, risk assessments, and vulnerability analyses and implement corrective actions.
Investigate security incidents, accidents, misconduct, and policy violations and submit detailed reports with recommendations.
Monitor deployment, attendance, leave, shift rosters, and overtime of security personnel to ensure optimum manpower utilization.
Organize regular safety drills, emergency response exercises, and security awareness programs.
Ensure compliance with fire safety, occupational health and safety, and statutory security requirements.
Act as the Second-in-Command (2IC) to the Station Commander and assume delegated responsibilities as required.
Support the Station Commander in implementing strategic initiatives, policies, and organizational directives.
Maintain effective liaison with local administration, law enforcement agencies, fire service, regulatory authorities, and community stakeholders.
Coordinate crisis management, emergency response, and business continuity activities.
Lead, motivate, coach, and develop administration and security teams to achieve operational excellence.
Promote discipline, professionalism, and a culture of safety throughout the organization.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Prepare periodic reports on security, safety, administration, incidents, and operational performance.
Recommend improvements and corrective actions to strengthen security controls, administrative systems, and workplace safety standards.
Support management during audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
