Share Brokerage/ Securities House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the implementation of sound accounting & financial reporting systems, policies & control according to BSEC & DSE rules regulations.
∎ Prepare & finalize the financial statements.
∎ To monitor all financial records & books of accounts.
∎ To monitor & controlling the banking activities of the organization.
∎ To monitor, review & report operating expenses.
∎ To monitoring, recording & controlling Dhaka Stock Exchange receive & payment.
∎ Payroll administration, Account/ Bank reconciliations, preparation & coordination of the audit process.
∎ To assess regulatory issues & ensure proper reporting.
∎ To prepare monthly & annual budgets in consultation with management.
∎ Any other responsibilities as per management requirements.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
Salary: Negotiable
