Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend to clients for account opening procedure, cheque/cash collection & client information update.
∎ Attend phone calls of existing clients & solve any issues/queries and make calls to potential clients.
∎ Organize official events.
∎ Manage day to day administrative work.
∎ Welcome the visitors and notify the appropriate personnel of their arrival.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills and good public relation
∎ Outspoken and high customer centricity
∎ Conversant with MS Word, Excel and email communication.
∎ Should have a positive attitude, smart, work under pressure, result-oriented, quick learner, ability to work in a team and ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables.
