Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and assist sourcing strategies in alignment with the organization's objectives.
∎ Monitor and evaluate end to end Sourcing & Transportation Operation of Commodity products.
∎ Develop and implement Sourcing & Transportation strategies to optimize the movement of goods, reduce costs, and meet Sales requirements.
∎ Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Regional Sales, Sales operations to understand transportation needs and develop Sourcing & Transportation plans accordingly.
∎ Select and manage transport vendors /third-party logistics providers, negotiate contracts, and establish service level agreements.
∎ Monitor transport vendors /third-party logistics providers performance, including on-time delivery, service quality, and compliance.
∎ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance transportation operations, including automation.
∎ Track and analyze transportation costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to reduce transportation expenses.
∎ Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure transportation performance and track progress.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve Sourcing and Transportation-related issues and ensure effective communication and coordination
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in Transportation Management/ Logistics
∎ In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, transportation operations and best practices.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to Sourcing and Transportation.
∎ Strong leadership and Team Management skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
