Medical Equipment
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with International Principles.
∎ Interact with the foreign principles base on smart relationship.
∎ Assist to source, negotiate and purchase Medical Equipment from overseas vendors.
∎ All Kind of official Documentation
∎ To source potential and quality suppliers from the competitive market on regular basis for procurement of different materials and components.
∎ Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
∎ Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
∎ To collect and analyze supplier's quotation.
∎ Quotation collection against purchase requisitions, preparing comparative statement (if needed) for management approval.
∎ Tracking & following up ongoing procurement.
∎ Manage relationships with key suppliers and maintain compliance with suppliers to ensure effective support.
∎ Liaison with other departments, particularly Finance, Production and Warehouse departments.
