∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
.Net, ASP.NET, IT Enabled Service, Java, Laravel, MySQL, Oracle, PHP, Software Architect, SQL Server
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and supervise software development team as a team & coordinate team’s function for solving issues/ troubleshooting.
∎ Prepare plans to develop new web based software and applications.
∎ Lead a web and mobile application development team.
∎ Design and develop web based applications according to requirements.
∎ Follow-up mobile developers to complete app development.
∎ Design scalable database and efficient software architectural plan.
∎ Oversee post-deployment enhancement and bug fixing according to QC or support feedback.
∎ Maintain design pattern, best practices, UI pixel perfection, and quality code.
∎ Hire and train software developers in the team.
∎ Set goals for the software development team.
∎ Manage the installation and configuration of software solutions.
∎ Evaluate software solutions including system performance.
∎ Keep up to date with the latest development of software.
∎ Monitor and enhance software development and troubleshooting.
∎ Any other task as assigned by higher management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong expertise on leading a technical team
∎ Evidence of self-developed (fully or partially) multiple live websites/apps
∎ In-depth understanding of software architectural design
∎ Clear concept on different web development stack
∎ Clear understanding of OOP, data structure, algorithm and multithreading
∎ Professional experience in web development with Laravel framework, Raw PHP and Object Oriented PHP, ASP.net
∎ Professional experience on different front end technologies - HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, Material, etc.
∎ Sound knowledge on relational and non-relational database design and scaling-up DB
∎ Experience in Node.js, Android/iOS development will be an added advantage
∎ Implementation experience on those: REST API, JSON, Responsive web
∎ Implementation knowledge on various third party APIs and modules i.e. FCM, Google map, YouTube, Analytics, etc.
∎ Experience on several types technical documentation and good command in presentation
∎ Solid understanding of the full web development life cycle
∎ Ability to work individually and independently with minimal supervision
∎ Practical experience in software and development maintenance
∎ Knowledge of best practices related to data encryption and cyber security
∎ Good Leadership & Interpersonal skill
∎ Motorcycle driving skill with valid driving license
∎ Academic qualification will be relaxed for experienced candidate
