Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA from a reputed university (Major in Finance/ Accounting/Business Administration).
∎ CFA qualified will be given preference.
∎ No 3rd class/Division is allowed.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Capital Market Investment, Securities House, Share brokerage, Stock Market
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure maximum gain/profit of utilizing of the fund/assets of the company while investing in the capital/stock market of the country
∎ To monitor macroeconomic conditions and events that may impact the local and global economy
∎ To conduct fundamental analysis on listed companies to identify their investment potential and recommend investment plan & ideas to the investment committee.
∎ To conduct research on market trend and potentials of the national/international economy as well as the stock market of the country & to submit reports and presentations for both internal and external communication.
∎ To ensure regulatory compliance with the rules of BSEC, DSE, CSE, CDBL and the listed companies regarding investment in capital market
∎ Ability to analyze the market incidents and good market intelligence.
∎ Knowledge of interpreting financial reports is a must
∎ To ensure proper reporting to the competent authority at regular interval, if any.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Vast knowledge and well conversant with securities related laws, rules, regulation and directives relating to the Capital Market, stock market, Bond market & mutual fund market of the country
∎ Effective knowledge and working experience in execution of trading in any Brokerage House/TREC holder as Authorized Representative (AR)
∎ Good with numbers and financial modelling
∎ Proficient in MS Office (especially MS-Word and MS-Excel)
∎ Ability to analyze and forecast price movement of individual scrip as well as the capital market.
∎ Good understanding of stock valuation with company fundamentals & technical analytical ability
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Dedicated, team player, positive attitude
∎ Ability to work with teams and in under pressure
∎ Generating and Achieving profit/realized gain targets.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing brokerage houses/TREC Holders/ competent authorities
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
