Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Post-Graduate in any discipline.
∎ Related Technical Background

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
∎ Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
∎ Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
∎ Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
∎ Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
∎ Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings.
∎ Hire and train new customer service agents.
∎ Manage the approved budget of the customer service department.
∎ Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
∎ Have a full working knowledge of the service associate handbook to respond to every customer and service associate inquiry.
∎ Sets up and maintains service desk, including managing service desk team members and evaluating desk efficiency
∎ Develop a standard operating procedure handbook and a marketable service catalog for customers.
∎ Resolves service desk problems and improves current service desk methods to increase productivity and customer service.
∎ Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered.
∎ Effectively manages team members, including technicians and advisors, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out
∎ Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally
∎ Monitors department issues and client complaints to define patterns and work to lessen those recurring issues.
∎ Regularly audits work being done and customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met and that repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly
∎ Maintaining strong relationships with dealers and sales representatives.
∎ Manage all external service providers and review yearly contracts as needed to be able to maximize profitability
∎ Monitor top tier customer problems to ensure a high level of response time and proper problem resolutions
∎ Correspondence with foreign supplier for importing the spare parts of related product service.
∎ Coordinate with subordinate to maintaining the department properly.
∎ Submit the Daily report to management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 to 8 year(s) in related field
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, IT Enabled Service, Technical Infrastructure, Telecommunication
∎ Having experience with IT firm will get preference.
∎ Enthusiastic & Challenging mind set up is required.
∎ Willing to work independently as according to Management Guideline.
∎ Great Leadership quality and willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
