∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key responsibility is to manage all service centers effectively to provide best Servicing solution to customers.
∎ Managing all team members, their working shifts, including technical support engineers, system admins, to ensure team objectives and business goals are being carried out.
∎ Managing and supervising RMA Department
∎ Ensure the warranty service of a product in less possible time, communicating with core companies.
∎ Supervising all technical & support staff in different service centers
∎ Preparing service reports based on statistical and financial records
∎ Supervising and managing stocks of spare parts for all relevant products and equipment.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent verbal, written and communication skills in Bangla & English
∎ Previous Experience, Comprehensive Industry Knowledge, Management
∎ Strong Customer-Facing Skills,
∎ Strong Written and Verbal Communication,
∎ Self-Motivated, Troubleshooting, Creative Problem-Solving
∎ Ability to work under pressure
