Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare month wise own territorial Business Plan/ Sales projection for one year
∎ Set Zonal manager and Salesperson wise monthly Sales and Collection target against business plan
∎ Responsible to prepare proper action plan for his territory (daily, weekly & monthly)
∎ Ensure proper Sales & Collection planning/ action plan & execution in order to achieve 100% Sales & Collection against target
∎ Ensure product availability and deliver the pending products on time
∎ Prepare budget and ensure proper budgetary control
∎ Ensure monthly and yearly desired profitability for his territory as per business plan
∎ Ensure appropriate Sales supports (promotional materials, Sales pitches & presentations etc.) to dealers and Sales team
∎ Develop proper policies and strategies in order to return the lapse dealers and clients/ customers through proper communication
∎ Conduct proper market research, surveys and analysis in order to identify market & Sales opportunities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
∎ Good computer knowledge.
∎ Should have strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have analytical skill
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
