Responsibilities & Context:
- Formulation of Feed for different categories of Animals (Poultry Feed, Fish Feed & Cattle Feed).
- Look after quality control and Quality assurance of finished feed and ingredients.
- Ensure Laboratory analysis and Inspection of all raw material and finished feed.
- Research and Development (R & D) farm monitoring and reporting of feed quality.
- Ensure/cross-check check the respective standard formulation has been followed properly in production process.
- Fully Responsible for QC Process & procedure.
- Research & Development (R&D) farm monitoring and reporting of feed quality.
- Liaising with key customers to understand & satisfy the production of birds (Pullets, eggs & meat).
- To take on the responsibility for mill margin profitability in conjunction with other key departments.
- To manage in conjunction with the mill/site manager the daily production of feed & availability of raw materials.
- Keep up to date with all poultry industry developments & provide clear advice & guidance to the business.
- Any other tasks as assigned by management.
