Job Context:
∎ 1. Erection, installation and commissioning of seed pressing, SEP and Oil refining Plant.
∎ 2. Knowledge and experience to handle complete maintenance and repair work of all the mechanical equipment for mass production.
∎ 3.Ability to lead maintenance and production team to improve performance by providing training to the mechanical department
∎ 4. Repairing and troubleshooting equipment to insure minimum breakdown time which aid to more production.
∎ 5. Train and guide the technicians about personal safety of different mechanical and electrical equipment.
∎ 6. Work on various cost reduction and quality improvement project in view of maintenance, equipment upgrading and modification.
∎ 7. Resolve day-to-day production related mechanical problems.
∎ 8. Supervise overall factory operation and maintenance.
∎ 9. Necessary action against any breakdown of mechanical equipment that related with production.
∎ 10. Optimize the Production and related cost.
∎ 11. Ensure desired quality of oil and other outputs.
∎ 12. Maintenance coal and husk firing boiler.
∎ 13. Modify (if need) for better quality and mass production of SEP and Oil Refinery Plant.
∎ 14. Work preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment of SEP, Oil Refinery Plant and Boiler.
∎ 15. Organize team work and ability to work in a team for smoothly production running.
∎ 16. Control, supervision and take decision to produce mass production by considering product’s quality.
∎ 18. Control chemical consumption of Refinery Plant and fuel consumption of Boiler.
∎ 17. Make production analysis report.
∎ 18. Manage and govern all staff and labor who are related with production.
∎ 19. Qualitative and promoting decision making power
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skill.
∎ 20. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
∎ Work on various cost reduction and quality for smooth production
∎ Work to improve project in view of maintenance, equipment upgrading and modification.
∎ Lead maintenance and production team and improve performance by providing training to the mechanical and production department.
∎ Repairing and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment to insure minimum breakdown time which aid more production.
∎ To insure spare parts identification accurately of different mechanical equipment according to my experience.
∎ To insure daily bran analysis report, utility report, bran and fuel consumption report.
∎ Work maintenance of boiler and advise to operator how to reduce fuel cost
∎ Advise to the operator of PEP, SEP and Refinery Plant how to increase production by maintain quality of product.
∎ Work to make monthly production, reconciliation and utility report.
