Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Litigation Management: Finalizing drafts or petitions and taking steps consulting with India Legal Team. Coordinate external lawyers to fill cases in favour of the Company as per business requirements. Share Monthly updates of all Company Cases.
∎ Contact Management: Agreement drafting, vetting and scrutinizing agreements and various legal documents. Create awareness regarding due diligence of the Agreement.
∎ Secretarial Activities: Drafting and Finalizing Secretarial Documents. Management of Statutory Meetings, records the minutes & Registers duly. Annual Return Submission at RJSC. Ensure all Secretarial Compliances.
∎ Legal Opinion and Compliance: Provide an opinion on Product Labeling, Human Resources (HR) issues, Company matters, Branding & Marketing issues when required. Policy drafting or amendment as per business requirement. Update management regarding major changes of Laws and regulations that are relevant to business. Business Impact analysis of new laws and amendments/changes of laws.
∎ Maintenance of Intellectual Properties Rights, Brand Protection Activities & Dealing with Critical Regulatory Issues: Management of Trademarks is in pending process and provide required documents and feedback when required. Filing new trademark applications as per business requirements. Send a renewal alert to the Indian team regarding expire of the License. Monitor & Cooperate with Brand Protection Activities when required. Renewal of Membership in various trade associations. Dealing with critical Regulatory Issues as per business requirements.
