Responsibilities & Context:

BDCOM Online Ltd., a leading Internet Service Provider, is seeking a dynamic HR Manager/Senior Manager to lead initiatives that boost employee engagement, foster a strong organizational culture, and enhance the overall employee experience.

  • This role will collaborate closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to implement impactful programs aligned with BDCOM’s core values and strategic vision.
  • Maintain HR processes and initiatives in areas of Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Continuous follow-up HR & Admin activities with all the departments and ensure in-time support, coordination, and communication with the employees.
  • Maintain strong relationships and manage communication with various government and non-government organizations on matters related to HR and administrative issues.
  • Formulation and implementation of policies and manuals.
  • Organization Structuring and Planning.
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Top Management.
  • Contribute to HR frameworks and projects through research and collaboration.
