• Should have experience in Knit pattern making, quality control / audit, basics on printing, embroidery and washing.      

• Must have experienced in Knit garments and Gerber Software technology.

• Should have experience in the following categories: Menswear, Womenswear, and Kids wear product safety and process control.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.·        

• Take responsibility for sample quality, construction, and measurements.        

• Regularly evaluate and streamline sample development processes to increase efficiency and productivity.       

• Ensure optimum efficiency of CAD·        

• Conduct In-line Audit, an in-process audit in sewing, finishing, and packing.

• Oversee the end-to-end sample development process, from concept to completion.
• Develop, implement and monitor Sample & CAD design standards and procedures to meet customer needs.
• Communicate & coordinate with Product Development personnel.
• Collecting Sketch & Spec from product development department.
• Working with the design department to select styles, fabrics, and trims by direct discussion with PD Team.
• Plan and organize all sample schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Pattern-making manually and electronically ( Gerber Software) providing guidance and direction to the CAD team to ensure operational & technical excellence.
• Provide technical advice and support to Product Development department on the industrialization of new design & fitting approval for newly developed styles.
• Implement and ensure quality control measures throughout the sample department process to ensure that samples meet customer expectations.
• Monitor and manage a sample room of sewing workers, garment technicians to ensure all samples are made under customers’ requirements and meet the schedule.
• Develop and maintain sample development timelines to ensure samples are completed within agreed-upon deadlines.
• Ensure that fabrics, thread and trimmings are available to produce a sample garment.
• Provide training and guidance to sample development team members to enhance their skills and ensure consistency in sample quality and execution.
• To maintain Sample department KPI.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
