The incumbent should have at least 7 years of work experience in the sales of industrial generators or engine spare parts and lubricating oil in a similar industry.

Jakson International Ltd. is seeking an ideal candidate to oversee the sale of Cummins Engine Spare Parts & Lube Oil. These managerial-level persons will be accountable for sales target achievement, and the incumbent should have proven experience of success.
Generate sales revenue from sales of Cummins Engine Spare Parts & Lubricating Oil.
Unleash the untapped market, expand market penetration by attracting new customers, and increase footprints in Bangladesh.
Solely responsible for making strategic plans for capturing new customers, increasing market share, and selling with higher profit.
Lead the team to achieve the target and follow up with every sales prospect and after-sales service.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining how products will meet customer needs and how satisfactory the after-sales service will be to existing and prospective customers.
Follow up with customers repeatedly after sending quotations to get meeting schedules, and continue meeting with them to secure the order.
Negotiate in a smart manner that ensures obtaining an adequate profit margin and product sales.
Build rapport, respond to customer queries and requirements very effectively, and ensure timely support to existing customers by coordinating with other departments as needed.
