Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce/Master of Business Administration (MBA) Major in Marketing/Management or equivalent qualification.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to set the Company's Sales Target & Budget and planning to achieve the target.
∎ Prepare yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily sales plan considering the set target.
∎ Visit one stop mall, departmental store, corporate dining, Food Court, Restaurants, Chain and other residential hotels and retail shops regularly to create new customer.
∎ Lead and motivate Sales team for achieve the desired result.
∎ Plan and monitor Sales team's regular activities.
∎ Identify potential customer & business opportunity and create data base accordingly.
∎ Communicate prospective customers regularly.
∎ Identify and analyze new markets and opportunities.
∎ Administer sales force in a proper manner which ensures individual growth and target achievement, analyze team performance to identify skill gaps as well as training needs for desired performance.
∎ Maintain strong liaison with all channel partners within the assigned region.
∎ Selecting all potential customers to sell Processed Chicken and other food products and Strong Negotiation skill with all customers.
∎ Maintain Strong network with all corporate and business house's SCM that are related with supply of salable consumer goods in outlet.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 5 to 7 year(s) in relevant field, out of which at least 5 years in similar profile.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Selling experience of different food products, Juice, Drinking Water, Sweets & Bakery items, Primary & Further Processed Chicken.
∎ Strong leadership skill.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and result oriented.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent email communication and correspondence in English, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Computer skills with smooth operating and working experience in MS Office.
