Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and supervise the regular activities of subordinates and guide them properly to achieve the sales target.
∎ To achieve the sales target of the assigned area for the financial growth of the company.
∎ To enhance team capabilities for higher sales growth.
∎ To achieve the collection target for the financial growth of the company.
∎ Find out the market gaps(if any) and explore new sales opportunities and take appropriate measures and line management including the field force to avail of the opportunities.

∎ Good market planner & good communication skills
∎ Ability to work in a team environment & under pressure
