Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative sales and marketing campaigns targeting international audiences.
Promote W3 Engineers Ltd.’s services through digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights in global tech markets.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Manage content creation, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Measure and analyze campaign performance to track KPIs, optimize ROI, and ensure consistent growth.
Build and maintain relationships with international clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
Support event planning and execution, such as webinars, workshops, and tech expos to enhance brand visibility.
Contribute to lead generation and business development initiatives to drive international sales growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a similar sales and marketing role, preferably within a Software Company, IT-enabled service, or Direct Marketing industry.
Proven experience in digital marketing, sales strategy, and brand management.
Strong communication skills in English.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into actionable campaigns.
Hands-on experience with social media tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation systems.
