Experience:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales forecasts, action plans, and performance reports for management.
Ensure maximum sales of residential and commercial units within assigned projects.
Identify potential clients and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Ensure smooth customer experience from booking to handover and after-sales service.
Maintain a database of prospective clients, brokers, and corporate buyers.
Supervise, train, and motivate the sales & marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
Set individual targets and monitor team performance through regular review sessions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior executives for continuous improvement.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, property fairs, promotional events, and digital marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with design, PR, and advertising agencies for marketing materials, brochures, and social media content.
Strengthen brand visibility and maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms.
Conduct regular market surveys to analyze competitors’ pricing, sales trends, and customer preferences.
Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
Identify new project opportunities and potential investment areas based on market trends.
Collaborate with the Accounts, Legal, and Customer Service departments to ensure smooth client dealings and documentation.
Prepare periodic sales reports, collection summaries, and client feedback updates for management.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
Explore and develop new business channels including corporate sales, agent networks, and referral programs.
Represent the company at real estate expos, corporate events, and promotional activities.
Build partnerships with real estate agents, brokers, and corporate clients to expand the sales network.
