Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills. Proficiency in English is a must.
A customer-oriented and professional attitude.
Computer proficiency on Microsoft Office Suite (MS Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint) and email communication.
Assist Head of Sales & Marketing to design and implement impactful and strategic sales plan that expands company’s client base and ensure it’s strong presence.
Achieve growth and hit sales target by successfully managing the Team Sales & Marketing (S&M).
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Sustain rapport with Corporate Clients/Guests by making periodic visits.
Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
Prepare and complete the Marketing Action Plan.
Accomplish Sales & Marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.
Identify marketing opportunities by understanding guests’ requirements.
Assist Head of Sales & Marketing to improve product and service marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
Collect, analyze, and summarize Sales & Marketing data and trends.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Management.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
