• Diploma in Hotel Management

• Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management will be given preference.

• Must have clear written and verbal communication skills
• Must have the physical ability to carry out the responsibilities mentioned in the job description
• Must be able to work in a team-like environment
• Should be experienced in restaurant, hotel, or conference center operations
• Ability to comprehend and communicate fluently in English

• Attend to guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and taking necessary actions to address issues if there is any

• Ensure the Guests feel important and welcomed in the restaurant

• Present menu to the guests, answer their questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage

• Collect payments from guests by following the company’s updated system

• Write guests` food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into the electronic devices like tab, computer etc.

• Provide guests with a perfect service experience

• Co-ordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

• Observe guests and ensure their satisfaction with the quality of food and service

• Garnish and decorate dishes at the time of preparation for serving

• Fill the containers of salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiment, and napkin

• Serve food or beverages to guests, and prepare or serve special dishes at tables as required

• Maintain table cleanliness properly

• Roll silverware, set up food stations or set up dining areas to prepare for the next shift or for large events

• Apply positive and suggestive sales approach to guide the guests

• Look for ways to consolidate service and increase table turns

• Serve the Guest in an accommodating manner

• Deliver food and beverages to any table as required

• Must follow all cash handling policies and procedures

• Report to property on time and in proper uniform

• Close the shift on the POS terminal
